PagerDuty Toolkit

Arcade's PagerDuty toolkit lets LLMs interact with PagerDuty resources — incidents, services, teams, schedules, and on-call data — via natural language or agent workflows.

Capabilities

  • Incident management: Retrieve individual incidents, list incidents with filters (status, urgency, service, team, time range), update status (acknowledge, resolve, reopen), and reassign to a specific user.
  • Activity & audit: Stream the account-wide log/activity feed showing triggers, acknowledgments, escalations, and resolutions via log entries.
  • People & on-call: Look up users (list or fuzzy search by name/email), check who is currently on call, inspect schedules, and get the authenticated user's own profile with contact and notification details.
  • Org structure: Read teams (with members and linked resources), services (with optional name search), and escalation policies — individually by ID or as paginated lists.

OAuth

This toolkit authenticates via OAuth 2.0 using Arcade's PagerDuty auth provider. See the provider configuration reference for setup details: 👉 Arcade PagerDuty Auth Provider
